She closed her hand to try and stop it and instead it focused on her current thought, food, and leaped from her hand like a string from a fishing rod and enveloped a fish in the stream, solidifying to pull it out and it lay, writhing in front of her, as she quivered slightly. Not because she would have to kill the fish to eat it, but because she had no idea how to stop the magic. And then she realized it had stopped and she breathed a sigh of relief before slipping Aiedail from it's sheath and stabbing it through the squirming fish. She flung it up with the sword's tip and barbecued it with a burst of flame without even thinking. Something she always did, it came naturally. She caught it as it fell, but quickly places it on the flat of her sword to avoid getting burnt. It was still hot. She didn't even notice he was staring at her as, for a moment, it was quiet enough for her to believe she was alone.

Sam came out of his strance as she barbecued the fish. She really had to use her powers right in front of him dind't she? He got panic attacks in the past and now. Sam sighed. Can you please be more careful? he asked. But, really, she surprised him. He expected her to take longer to figure it out. But for now her memory hadn't returned, which was good for Sam.

Her eyes were wide for a moment as she realized what she'd done....And then wider still when nothing had happened. She smiled and slid the fish off the blade into a waiting hand, since it had stopped steaming.
It just...felt right. That's all. Didn't even occur I was doing it.
Okay, now she just sounded like some space-y lunatic, but she could care less. She slid Aiedail back into it's spot and took a quick bite of the fish, satisfied, and, oddly enough, not afraid. Even with them locked away, her control had grown since she had been using her powers. She'd actually been using them a lot. And it was reaping it's benefits.

Sam chuckled. It may feel right to you, but it freaks the res tof us out. we start thinking your some kind of Goddess. He smiled at her. So, do you feel like your going to lose control?

She thought about it for a moment, then realized that she felt so much more in control, more so than in her memory. And she slowly shook her head back and forth.
No...No, but it feels like I can do anything...Anything at all.
And, where some would grin evilly and try to take over the world, she just smiled in amazement. There was so little evil in her that the idea of conquering everything hadn't even occurred to her.

And then her face fell.
Almost anything, anyway.
And trust me, she was not about to tell him what she meant. It wasn't about remembering. Instead, it was to just let him in. She wanted to, but she just couldn't. Too many had rejected her since she'd lost her memory to even let her try now. Maybe someday, but not now.

Don't worry about it.
She got up and, despite fearing facing Rynn again, she entered the shelter and the warmth of the fire basked her once again as she took another bite of her fish.
